Day 8, August 9, 2007 - Close up of the 8" Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). ICF's are composed of two
lightweight interlocking (similar to lego blocks) expanded polystyrene panels (white) with a connecting
polypropylene web (black) that holds the two side together. Concrete is poured between the panels making
a strong insulated foundation wall. The left form in the photo is upside down.
